Guidelines For Our Sessions

To ensure a safe and beneficial experience, please review and follow these important guidelines before attending our session.

 

  • Consult a Healthcare Provider: If you have any medical conditions or are pregnant, consult your healthcare professional before participating.

 

  • Inform the instructor: Inform the instructor of any medical conditions or concerns to ensure appropriate guidance for your safety.

 

  • Hydration and Nutrition: Stay hydrated and avoid heavy meals, caffeine, alcohol or any drugs before our sessions.

  • What to Wear and Carry: Wear loose, comfortable clothing for free movement and breathing. Carry your yoga mat, blanket, water bottle and a towel. 

 

  • Mental Preparation: Approach the session with an open mind and set a clear intention, such as relaxation, emotional release, or personal grooming and growth.

 

  • Listen to Your Body: Avoid overexertion and if you experience dizziness, or any discomfort, adjust your breathing/posture accordingly or STOP immediately.

 

  • Post-Session Care: Allocate time for relaxation post-session. Hydrate, eat healthily, and reflect on your experience. Share any emerging emotions or insights with a trusted individual if necessary.

Terms & Conditions

Participants are ​

  • Participant Health Disclaimer: Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own health and well-being during the session. By participating, participants confirm that they are medically fit to engage in breathwork and will consult a healthcare provider if necessary.

 

  • Informed Consent: Participants understand and agree to the nature of our holistic wellness practices, including its potential risks and benefits. Participants provide consent for any physical or emotional reactions that may occur during or after the sessions.

 

  • Release of Liability: Participants release the organizers, instructors, and facilities from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the session. This release includes indemnification clauses to protect organizers from legal claims arising from participant actions or negligence.

  • Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, instructors, and facilities from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from personal safety, belongings, or health concerns during the event or session.

  • Age Requirement: While holistic wellness is beneficial for all age groups, participants must be at least 18 years old to join. Minors must have parental/guardian consent and should be accompanied by their parents or guardian. Participants aged 65 and older are required to provide a medical certificate from a doctor confirming their fitness to participate in our sessions.

 

  • Code Of Conduct: Participants commit to following a code of conduct, which entails respecting others, ensuring non-disruptive behavior, adhering to safety guidelines, and obeying local laws. Consumption of substances or alcohol before or during sessions, as well as unauthorized photography or recording, is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may lead to expulsion from the session without refund and potential legal action.

 

  • Privacy Policy: Participants consent to the collection and use of personal data for registration and communication purposes. Participants also agree to receive marketing communications from the organizers. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  • Use of Photos and Videos: Participants consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the session for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertising materials.

  • Intellectual Property Rights: Participants recognize and consent to the organizers' ownership of any materials, recordings, or intellectual property generated during the session. Participants also authorize the organizers to utilize and distribute these materials.

  • Ticketing and Refund Policy: Ticket sales for morning and afternoon events end by 9.00 PM a day before the event. Ticket holders must present their tickets upon entry, either in print or digital form. All event details are available on our website. Tickets cannot be swapped with any other event, carried forward to another date, or refunded. In case we do not meet the minimum quorum of three participants per session, we may have to cancel the session and refund the amount. In the event of a cancellation due to the quorum requirement not being achieved, you will receive an email requesting your MPESA or bank account details for the refund.

​The organizers reserve the right to admission and ejection without explanations. By participating in the session/event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions outline the agreement between participants and organizers regarding participation in the session/event, providing clarity and protection for both parties.
