SheDefense is a Nairobi-based community empowering women to feel safer, stronger, and more confident. What began as a few self-defense workshops has grown into a trusted movement. Led by instructors with extensive experience in executive protection, military, and security services, every session is practical, welcoming, and designed for women of all fitness levels. No prior experience is required, just the willingness to learn and build confidence.
