About The Practitioner:
Davis Cook, a 3rd Dan in Shorinji Kan Jiu Jitsu, is a highly skilled instructor with experience in BJJ, Judo, and Aikido. He began his journey in the UK, earning his 1st Dan at UCL under Sensei James Garvey, his 2nd Dan in Canada under Sensei Andy Dobie, and his 3rd Dan in South Africa in 2019. Davis now leads the South Africa and Kenya Jitsu Foundations, sharing his passion for martial arts.
